• Grooming for men: Trim your beard and nose hair, and consider getting a haircut.

• Practice: If you’re not familiar with posing, look at photos you like and practice your expressions and posture.

On the Day of the Shoot

For Women

• Undergarments: Prepare nipple covers, NuBra, and nude-colored underwear.

• Skincare Essentials: Bring sunscreen and moisturizer for touch-ups.

• Hand Care: Trim your nails and do some basic hand care.

• Shoes: In addition to high heels for the shoot, bring comfortable sneakers for walking or standing for long periods.

• Accessories: Feel free to bring earrings, necklaces, or other small accessories to complement your look.

• Hydration: Drink water or other beverages during the shoot to stay hydrated and maintain electrolyte balance.

For Men

• Clothing and Accessories: Prepare a shirt, dress shoes, watch, ring, cufflinks, and other accessories.

• Hand Care: Trim your nails and ensure basic hand grooming.

• Belt: Choose a suitable belt to complete your look.

• Hydration: Drink water or other beverages to stay refreshed.
